If you reserve a room at the venue ( The Sheraton Suites) with AWCI, the rate is $125.00
per night.
There are other hotels in the vicinity (some within walking distance of the venue we are using).

Hilton Garden Inn $123.20 * full payment in
advance. - (The lowest rate is $154.00 if this option is not used.)

Please note that the rates
at the surrounding hotels do not have a discount stemming from AWCI. We (AWCI) have not made any arrangements
with these hotels. The Sheraton Suites is the only hotel that AWCI has engaged in negotiations with concerning
the room rate for our conference guests.
If you decide
to make reservations to stay at The Sheraton Suites during the conference, please ensure that you mention our parent
